The NORTHFELDT web-store is designed exclusively for consumer purchases. Occasionally, certain products may become unavailable. If an item is out of stock and won’t be restocked, we will notify you promptly. NORTHFELDT reserves the right to cancel part or all of an order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, violations of these Terms & Conditions, or actions that may harm the NORTHFELDT brand or company.
Prices displayed in the NORTHFELDT web-store are current and subject to change. We are not obligated to honor prices that are obviously incorrect or caused by technical issues on the website. Displayed prices include taxes for the European Union and Norway. For other countries, import duties and taxes may apply, and these will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with local customs for specific charges. Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be calculated during checkout based on location and order value. NORTHFELDT processes payments securely through our authorized payment provider, Stripe.
Orders within the European Union include local VAT and will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. For international orders, any additional duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or covered by NORTHFELDT.
Promotions or discounts are applied as general reductions on the total order value. If an order is partially or fully returned, the final refund will be adjusted according to the discount’s share of the overall order. Promotions and discount codes apply to new orders only and cannot be applied to past purchases.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 business hours after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and typically range between 5-10 business days, although high-demand periods (such as holidays) may experience longer shipping times. If a delivery delay exceeds 15 business days, you may cancel the order by notifying us in writing, and we will issue a refund for any payments made. If the order has shipped, you must return it before we can process the refund. Delivery costs will be displayed in your order summary before completion. NORTHFELDT currently ships to all European countries; for inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact our Customer Service. Customs charges may apply to orders outside the European Union. We are not liable for packages lost in return transit. After receiving your return, we will review the order, and if approved, we will issue a refund. Please allow 3-8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date in their original packaging and condition. Returned items must be in unopened packaging. If items do not meet these criteria, the return may be denied. Please note: underwear can only be returned if the original seal is intact, and the item is unused,. Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund. If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance with a replacement or refund.
Repeated Returns
We monitor return patterns and reserve the right to deny future orders if return behavior suggests abuse of our terms and conditions
For unclaimed packages, you will be responsible for all associated fees, including both initial delivery and return delivery costs, as well as any applicable taxes and duties.
