You have 14 days to initiate a return for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. We cannot accept or refund incomplete returns or items that have been worn or washed.

Underwear may only be returned in its original unopened packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.

If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll still have 14 days to start a return process for a full refund, this excludes the return shipping cost. Please note that because underwear is deemed by law as a hygienic product we will not refund any opened product packaging or in any other way used products. Some exceptions might apply. Please note that we don’t process exchanges; if you’d like a replacement item, kindly place a new order.

Absolutely! There should be no issues as long as you follow the products washing instructions. Our Sateri Lyocell underwear has been especially designed to be more durable than other lyocell fabrics. With anti-pilling technology. To the point that tumble drying at low/medium heat will not cause serious issues. But we generally advise against higher temperatures due to possible shrinkage and loss of softness. Low heat tumble drying is advised.
